I like to analyse patterns.
Here are a few that I’ve noticed with high achieving academic people, they:
* Are afraid to fail.
* Expect real-life to mirror the upward straight line of their academic success.
* Measure their sense of self by external praise and performances.
* Have a high degree of perfection in their external world but struggle in private.
* Constantly doubt and question their own ability.
* Remain in their comfort zone, at the cost of their own happiness and fulfilment.
If you can relate to any of the above, you are not alone.
If you are frustrated, exhausted and tired of living like this, then work on your mindset and stop these beliefs holding you back in life.
We all experience setbacks and challenges in life.
Spend some time learning mindset tools and techniques and that can assist you in breaking these unhelpful patterns.
